  • Another Trip Around The Sun.  I've Now Been Retired For 11 Years And Beverly For 8 Years. 
  • I Finally Had Knee Replacements, A Few Months Apart.  I Had To Have My Kidneys Worked On Too.
  • Beverly Continues To Donate Her Time To Serve Small Churches Performing Sermons, Sacraments And Leading Session Meetings 
  • Maia Turned 18 & Has Her Official Driver's License.  Works and wrestles as a HS Senior.

  • New Year's Celebration At David And Elaine's. Also David's 50th B'Day
  • Had Our First Winter Storm A Bit Earlier Than Usual.  Texas Was Shutdown.
  • We  Met Up With The Potratz's In OK City To Attend Probably The Last Alan Jackson Tour 

Feb

    • Zoë's 19th B'Day  
    • Doing well in school.  Has a boyfriend Blake (who we all like) and they are going to Ireland in January.  In her second semester this year she will be a Jr. That is because she was able to transfer or test out of many classes,
    • James' 15th B'Day Play’s Euphonium & now trombone.  Also made JV I team at the Sr. High and is the lead Goalie.  Grew tall and good looking this year.   
    • Spent Much Time In Heart Rehab - EECP & Cardiac Rehab PT

    • Sara’s Birthday And Is Still A Partner At Lane Gorman Trubitt
    • I finished Both Cardiac Rehabs - Free At Last

      • Attended Grace's  National V Ball Tournament In Dallas
      • Easter Celebration At Honey Grove TX Followed By Easter Dinner At David & Elaine's
      May
        • The Potratz Came To Texas And We With 13,000 People Attended The 60th "Academy of Country Music Award" Show In Frisco.  Very fun and informative.  
        • Sara & Leigh's 19th Anniversary
        • All The Family Girls Road A Traveling Tea Trolly - "Tea Around Town" a mother’s day shared fun.

        • The Whole Family Took A Cruise To The Bahamas & Jamica
        • Bev & I Attended An Alison Krauss + Union Station Concert
        • Leigh's B'Day  still works at Tolleson Wealth Management.    
        • Elaine's B'Day – A Hard year for Eliane see more in July

        • Spent The 4th At The Godecke's Pool Party
        • We Had Much Of The House Painted Inside And Out
        • I Had My Right Knee Replaced.
        • With great sadness we got the news that Elaine’s Dad had died, Bev did the service, and our grandson James played the postlude on his horn.   Then Elaine’s Department Was Laid-off.  It was her dream job.

        • Beverly Turned 74.still works part time.
        • Our 54th Anniversary
        • Found out the unusual plant I bought spreads a lot. From one plant, in two years I got 22 plants.

        • I Turned 74.  Should Have Stayed 29. The 70's Are Not Kind. 
        • Maia's 18th B'Day excited her senior year!  She wrestles works and makes great grades. 
        • We Took A Trip to Galena IL For A 46th CR Friend's Reunion

        • David & Elaine's 22nd Anniversary
        • I Had A Kidney Worked On To Remove Stones - A Painful Experience
        • Halloween At A Neighbor's Home. Went to see how David’s haunted house was doing without his girls.

        • Elaine has new job!
        • Grace's 16th B'Day. She wrestles and plays softball.  She has a boyfriend; Maurice who we all like.   
        • My left knee was replaced.
        • Thanksgiving:  15  attending at our house

        • Michael's 14th B'Day. - Mike still playing French Horn (and video games). 
        • Christmas - Bev Preaches At Carrolton Tx
        • David's B'Day  Still teaching, still loves it.
