• Resource Manager for Communication Management and Integration Software Development in a “Split Site” environment
• Project Engineer for the CASBII (Air Force 1) Communication System Software Development
• CoRE Avionics Development - Performed Systems, Hardware, and Software development in a "Split Site" environment while growing a "New Domain" in a new location
• Software Project Management - Performed a variety of software project management and customer interface tasks to ensure that Collins' new business area (In Flight Entertainment) delivered a quality product on time
• Lead a Successful External SEI Level 3 Assessment May 2, 1997. Required to achieve a GOLD SUPPLIER rating from Boeing McDonnell, thereby increasing sales
• Technical director to bring the C-160 Autonomous Navigation system program with the German Air Force to a successful conclusion
• Performed market research to determine the feasibility of using a Collins developed product in the Commercial Maritime Environment
• Manager for engineering development on the ACARS, TCAS and WXR products
• Managed the completion of the software for the SATCOM 901 project
• Worked with the Royal Australian Navy to sell future upgrades to the Anti-Submarine Warfare Tactical Display System and was a technical liaison at the Navy's facility in Nowra Australia.
• Managed a large group of software and systems engineers in the development of a video based Anti-Submarine Warfare Tactical Display System for the Royal Australian Navy.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER:

• Ada developer for Electrical Optical - Common Sensor Packages utilized on both Manned and Unmanned Air Vehicles
• Development engineer for the Beech and Fokker electronic cockpit displays. Lead the compilation, link, and test efforts
• Project Engineer for developing a video display system for the Sikorsky Shadow Program
• Project Engineer for developing a video integrated flight instrument for the CH-47 helicopter
• Initiated a factory training program to improve performance in the production of CACD developed systems
• Developed a color video system used at NAAO's simulation facility (Govt. Sys.)
• Developed a color video display system for Ferranti (UK). Also performed as technical liaison for the system's use at Ferranti's UK facility

• Project engineer and lead design engineer for the Short Range Recovery (SRR), Horizontal Situation Video Display system

• Project and principal design engineer for the analog flight director computer for the F-4 aircraft
